2. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have a full 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. We believe this provides ample time to inspect your purchase. Please note that if 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot accept a return or offer an exchange.
3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
To ensure a smooth return and a full refund with no deductions, the following conditions must be met:
Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective inserts attached.
Proof of Purchase: A digital or physical receipt/order confirmation is required to process your request.
4. $0 COST RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Unlike other retailers, Chikiny does not believe in charging you to return an item that doesn’t meet your needs.
No Restocking Fees: We charge $0 for restocking. You will receive the full amount paid for the product.
No Refund Fees: There are no administrative fees to process your money back.
Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged or defective), we provide a pre-paid label at $0 cost to you.
5. ITEMS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS
To maintain our quality and hygiene standards, certain items are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned:
Personalized Items: Custom-made products (including personal names, dates, or photos) produced in our workshop are unique to you and cannot be resold. These are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Clearance Items: Products purchased during “Final Sale” or special clearance events.
Worn/Damaged Items: Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our workshop’s error.
6. THE STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS
To start your return and ensure it is tracked correctly by our Jacksonville facility, please follow these steps:
Initiate Contact: Email our support team at support@chikiny.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.
Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization and specific instructions.
Secure Packaging: Place the item securely in its original packaging.
Shipping: Mail the product to our production facility. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure it reaches us safely.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error:
Contact us immediately at support@chikiny.com with a clear photo of the damage.
We will provide a Pre-paid Shipping Label ($0 cost) or offer a direct replacement at no additional cost to you.
8. INSPECTION AND REFUND TIMELINE
Once your return package arrives at our Jacksonville, Arkansas facility:
Inspection: Our quality control team will inspect the item within 2 business days.
Approval: Once approved, your refund will be triggered immediately.
Credit: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
