At Chikiny, we take immense pride in our streamlined, in-house production process. By manufacturing our own products and managing our dedicated workshop in Jacksonville, Arkansas, we are able to maintain strict quality control and ensure the fastest possible delivery to our customers.

Because our workflow is highly automated and production begins shortly after an order is placed, we have established the following terms regarding modifications and cancellations. By placing an order on chikiny.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. The 4-Hour “Flexibility Window”

We understand that mistakes can happen. To accommodate this, we offer a 4-hour grace period from the exact timestamp of your purchase for any changes.

Permitted Actions Within This Window:

  • Address Corrections: Amending typos, house numbers, or postcodes.

  • Variant Changes: Swapping sizes, colours, or styles of the same product.

  • Full Cancellation: Requesting a complete stop to the order for a 100% refund.

2. Post-Window Production & Customisation

Once the 4-hour window has elapsed, your order status moves to “In Production.” At this stage, your order is sent to our manufacturing floor for printing, laser engraving, or assembly.

  • Finality of Sale: As our products are custom-made or printed-on-demand specifically for you, they are unique. We cannot stop the machinery, retrieve the materials, or modify the design once this process begins.

  • No Exceptions: We are unable to offer refunds or changes once the item has entered the production phase. The item is considered “bespoke” and cannot be resold to another customer.


3. Address Verification & Shipping Liabilities

As a direct-to-consumer manufacturer, we fulfil orders based strictly on the data provided at the point of sale.

  • Customer Duty of Care: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and deliverable. This includes the House Number, Street Name, City, State/Province, and ZIP/Postal Code.

  • Non-Delivery & Lost Packages: Chikiny shall not be held liable for failed deliveries, “Return to Sender” shipments, or lost packages caused by incorrect or insufficient address details provided by the customer.

  • Re-shipping Costs: If a parcel is returned to our Jacksonville facility due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for a re-shipping fee to cover the cost of a second delivery attempt.


4. Important Legal Terms & Conditions

  • Partial Cancellations: If you wish to cancel only one item out of a multi-item order, please specify clearly. The 4-hour rule still applies.

  • Refund Processing: Approved cancellations within the 4-hour window will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policy.

  • Product Availability: In the rare event that a specific material or garment colour becomes unavailable during production, we reserve the right to contact you for a substitution or offer a full refund regardless of the 4-hour window.
