4. Protection of Chikiny Original Designs
Chikiny is a creator, not just a middleman. * Proprietary Works: Many designs, artwork, product descriptions, and photographic assets found on this website are original creations produced in our private workshop in Jacksonville.

6. Limitation of Liability
Chikiny acts as a service provider for custom manufacturing. While we strive to screen designs, we are not liable for any intellectual property violations resulting from custom artwork uploaded by users that does not clearly violate known trademarks. However, once notified of a valid infringement, we will act swiftly to remove the content in accordance with the law.
