We understand that you are eager to receive your handcrafted items. Because we ship directly from our workshop, we maintain a highly efficient schedule:

  • Order Processing (1 Business Day): Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed and prepared for shipment on the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

  • Transit Time (2 Business Days): Our standard transit time across the continental U.S. is approximately 2 business days.

  • Peak Season Adjustment: During major holidays or high-demand periods, please allow an additional +1 day for our workshop team to craft and quality-check your order.


3. SHIPPING AREA & COVERAGE LIMITATIONS

Currently, Chikiny focuses on providing premium service within the domestic market.

  • Regional Coverage: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Specific Limitations: At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico).

  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping, but expanding our global logistics is a core part of our 2026 roadmap.
