2. IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION & MANUFACTURING

Chikiny is a direct-to-consumer manufacturer. Unlike standard retailers, we operate our own workshop in Jacksonville, Arkansas.

• Bespoke Nature: Most products are made-to-order, printed, or engraved specifically for you.

• Production Time: While we aim for rapid dispatch, production times may vary based on seasonal demand.

• Quality Standard: By purchasing, you acknowledge that minor variations in colour and placement may occur due to the custom nature of in-house manufacturing.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

• Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Chikiny is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

• Communication: You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates.

4. PAYMENTS & SECURITY

We offer secure payment processing through PayPal, Stripe, and major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard).

• All transactions are encrypted.

• We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

5. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

Due to our high-speed automated production line in Arkansas:

• 4-Hour Window: You have exactly 4 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification.

• Final Sale: Once an order enters the production floor (after 4 hours), it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered as the materials have been uniquely customised for you.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Our Content: All designs, graphics, logos, and images produced by Chikiny are the exclusive property of Chikiny. Unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

• User Submissions: If you upload custom designs, you warrant that you own the rights to that content. Chikiny reserves the right to refuse any design that violates third-party copyrights or trademarks.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Chikiny shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Little Rock, Arkansas.
